Hi @Jira Admin ,

As Jira Administrator to your instance, you can update the Default language of you Jira cloud. 

Go to Settings - System - General configuration - Edit settings - Default language - espanol

Kindly refer below steps:

1. From your service project, go to Project settings > Language support.
2. Select Add languages.
3. From the list, check the boxes next to the languages you want to add and select Add.
