Are there any global settings for dashboards?
There are settings:
But what kind of settings you would wish to edit?
I have a problem with numbers, they are recorded in the dashboard table, instead of 1.5 - 1 0.5 - 0 and so on. I think it should be set somewhere in the settings, but where?

When calculating the time using a pie chart, all the numbers in the table are integers, and instead of 17 hours and 20 minutes spent, 17 is written.

Jira's pie chart doesn't allow you to select time spent or original estimate. You have to be using another gadget. Please share the whole screen and be thorough on your question. It's really cumbersome for me to ask for all the things that you should have given us in the first place. :/

1. I create a dashboard
2. I select Workload Pie Chart
3. I choose the filter I need to build this circular Workload diagram
4. assignee field and Time spend field
5. I keep
6. I get a result where the chart data does not match the table data when I open this dashboard. Namely, the table does not take into account the numbers after the period (not 17.33, but 17).

@Ivan Andrieiev first of all you mentioned a Pie Chart, and not a workload pie chart. Two different types of chart. :/
It seems that the table rounds down the number. I can't find any documentation about it and to be honest there is nothing you can do to change it. Perhaps this could be raised as a new suggestion/bug https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/CLOUD/issues/CLOUD-10705?filter=allopenissues.
