facing issues with export-import with jira instance?

we have tow domain url in one astlassian account so we are try to export issues one jira instance to other jira instance ?
here we are facing issues not show Assignee name or old attchemment

Hi @Mahendra Patel ,

 

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

 

When you exporting JIRA issues into CSV will be exporting the userIDs instead of the name.

Think of it this way, the userID is the unique identifier for the user which is needed if imported back or into another JIRA instance. This way, import and export will be consistent.

If you want to export the issue data with the name you can try the other export options like EXCEL or HTML ,try once it'll be helpful only if you to fetch assignee name.

For Attachment the part, the best option that Atlassian offers us would be to use CSV import, mapping the attachment link in the CSV column like described in this documentation.
