creating "Issues in this epic " not working

Hey,

In the epic / story form there is the ability to create issues in the epic with a quick way with the gadget "issues in this epic". I dont know why this is not working for me and when i create something i get the warning error.

can you helped me with that ?

Hi @Maya_herman 

Are you still seeing this issue?  If so, I have seen several other posts about possible causes:

• Intermittent network issues to the internet
• There is a required field for the issue, which cannot be entered with just the quick create
• There is automatic assignment to someone, such as the Project Lead, and they are no longer an active user
• There is an installed marketplace add-on which has a problem/defect

If it is none of these, I suggest submitting a ticket to support:
