can we schedule aIssue trigger through script runner

We want a schdule transition change in workflow throurgh script runner.

1. Users want to select the schedule time

2. Once its reached to schedule time it should trigger the transition to run the jenkins job

If the user is setting a time in a custom field or due date then you can use ScriptRunner's escalation service to transition the issue. https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/5.0.2/jira/escalation-service.html

I think you can also use automation for Jira to accomplish this.
