can not change password after migrating from cloud to server

I have migrated data from cloud to server(8.13.6) via "backup system" and "restore system". After that, I found I can not change my password - no place to do that. Also I can not manage user group. When I choose a group and click "join selected groups", the error occures: "Cannot edit group memberships, as external user management is enabled", and I checked option " External user management"  in "general configuration", it is OFF. So What shall I do to fix this?

Finally I found the solution.

I compared cwd* tables between cloud tables and server tables and found cwd_directory_operation is empty in could tables, which caused the issue. After filling the table, everything is ok.
