Xray not allowing user to execute tests

I have a few users who run into issues with executing test cases. They both get "Error: EJ7V2G" with a message "Something's gone wrong" upon pressing the "play" button.

It comes and goes but has become more frequent. We can't determine the root cause and it is not a consistent issue we're having. Although it is enough to hinder our productivity some days.

Today, they were getting the error. I went in and was able to execute the test with no issue. They went back in, and everything was working again.

As QA's, this is driving us mad trying to find the root cause :)

@Samantha Dann

Make yourself admin on that project, and it will go through. You can't execute an x-ray test if you are not an admin on that project.

Hi @Samantha Dann

It might be better to contact the app Vendor.
