Worklog and custom fields on different projects not working

Hi experts!

I'm facing a issue where looking at worklogs reports, and grouping the information by a custom field called "empresa" which is common to 2 different jira software projects, on one of them the values are not taken into account, here the example:

I've assigned the value "IT Corporativo" to the field but here what appears when extracting the report:

As you can see, the issue is the same of the first screenshot.

Am I missunderstanding something?

Hi @Ritxar ,

can you check that you have exactly one custom field with the name 'Empresa'?

It seems that Jira allows to create many custom fields with the same name.

Categorization by custom fields should be working.
