Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if it is possible to extract all the Conditions, Validators, and Post-functions of all transitions of a Workflow in a way that can be easy to read from an end user's perspective?
We are redesigning our internal processes and wish to see what Conditions, Validators, and Post-functions exist on the current workflow. We wish to analyze them and then reconfigure the workflows by keeping only the relevant ones.
Hi @Abs Gmail
Exporting the workflow as xml usually have all workflow options. If that doesn't suit your needs, you can try this free application https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221996/smart-project-config-and-documentation?hosting=server&tab=overview
Thank you @Alex Koxaras -Relational- ! You, Sir, are a timesaver!
Much appreciated as the free app does half of the work needed for the workflow documentation.

Glad to know this app helped! I use it as well, since it provides a well documented solution.

Hi @Abs Gmail ,
Glass Project Documentation helps you to export all the workflow details in a pretty way, while you can also browse in-app without admin access:
Give it a try maybe! :)
