Windows AD users use credential into Jira ?

Is there a way to take the credential and the user from my windows AD and port them into jira or create a link between both of them without the right to recreate every user into jira 1 by 1.

I'm not sure that I understand the question. Jira has the ability to connect to AD built-in. Create a new User Directory that is an AD connector. You then have to define the specific OU and filter to retrieve only your Jira users (as opposed to everyone in your organization). Generally, this is pretty straightforward. If this isn't what you are asking, please clarify.
