Why is [Add Security Level] button not showing on Issue Security Level page?

Does anyone know why [Add Security Level] button is not showing on my Issue Security Level setup page?
I can not add security level. I'm pretty sure it was there several days ago.

I am using Standard Version of Jira Cloud( Trial).

Thank you for your reply.

And yes I had read that article.
I thought [Free plan] and [free trial] were different.
With my understanding, [Free plan] is the one of three plans( Free, Standard, Premium) and not related to [free trial].
As I mentioned, I am using free trial of Standard plan of Jira Software.

So free trial of Standard plan of Jira Software doesn't allow you to edit issue-level security?
That's is not a real trial...
