Why can't see epic report in a kanban project. The board allows me to use epics but there are no Epic Report available.
According to documentation this only applies to Scrum boards.

I am not sure why it is this way, but with a Kanban Board, there is only very limited agile reporting possible (At least for Server). You only have the Control Chart and the Cumulative Flow Diagram available.
I think, it is because a lot of the calculations depends on the sprint durations and as this does not existing on a Kanban Board, the calculations needed for the report don't work properly.

i haven't used an epic report in forever TBH. Are you saying there is no option for Epic Report or when you click on it there is nothing displayed? Can you share a screenshot? Are you on cloud or server? If cloud is this a Classic project? Software or Business, etc.

Hi! I'm in a server instance. That i'm trying to say is that in a Kanban project I can use Epics but there are no report to follow the epics status.
Because the Epic Report is not available.

@Celeste D_Alessandro, You may find Nic's response to this very question worthwhile. He does a good job of explaining why epic burndown doesn't apply to kanban, at least as Atlassian has defined and implemented it.

You might want to give a try our new application it offers a new approach of reporting that shall help your organization and teams to analyze teams performance and identify potential improvements.
Also please feel free to raise any feature change or new app concept that you think it will be useful to have it through our Portal and we would be happy to work on it.
