Why can't I see a transition in the issue view?

I added myself to an admin group, but I can't see a transition:

The workflow condition is looking at your Permissions, as per the Permission Scheme associated with the project. You have to be a member of a group (or role) that has been granted the Administer Projects permission in the Permission Scheme.
