I can paste in a screenshot directly in the description or comment box in a ticket until the ticket is closed. If the ticket is reopened, I cannot paste a screenshot into a comment anymore. I know I can attach a screenshot to the ticket, but it is so much more convenient to paste it right in the comment box and/or description.
When the ticket reopens, does the resolution clear or still day 'done'?
The resolution clears out. There is no 'Done' next to it anymore like on closed tickets.

It might be worth you reaching out to Atlassian directly, as there could be a bug in your instance.
