Why can not I sort the Summary field of test cases?

Allowing the Summary field of the test cases to be orderly, this would make it much easier for me in the tests, since I order them by use case.
Example:
Case Description: CUS001 - Add User
When trying to sort this field I get the error:
Error
ZQL Field is not orderable

it looks like you are using Zephyr. I don't use it myself but one of my colleagues does and apparently the search/sort is notoriously bad. Try open up a case with them for improving the process.
