Why can I not upload attachments to JIRA (software) project?

I recently moved some tasks from a JIRA (business) project, to a JIRA (software) project and now I can no longer upload attachments.

Some notes:

1. I'm moving the tasks become stories

2. I can not upload attachments on any new story created

3. I did the same thing with a mother project and its working fine.

Please help!

Have you checked the Software project's permissions (Project settings > Permissions)? Do you have the Create Attachements permission?
