Why are sprints not being pulled into sprint capacity for Advanced Roadmaps?
Hello,
The teams are set up to pull in data from specific Jira projects.
The sprint data is not being pulled into sprint capacity for Adv Roadmaps.
Could someone help me understand why sprint data is not being pulled into Advanced Roadmaps for the sprint capacity view?
I doubled checked to make sure the project spaces are associated with the teams. I also tried changing the view settings to include and exclude sprint capacity in the timeline (essentially try to reset the view). And I tried to change the grouping.
I think the issue is how the Jira project spaces are connected to Adv Roadmaps. Not 100% sure, though.

Gino S. from the Jira team was able to help resolve this issue!
Correct me if I'm wrong, you want a view similar to the picture below, right?
If this is the case then you need 2 configurations.
1- The issue source needs to be a board, in your case you only have projects
2- The team needs to be associated with the board, you have your teams associated with the issue sources that are projects, when you change the issue sources you need to do the association again with the new board
