Why are JIRA project links directing to Help Center?

I added two users to a JIRA project and sent them links to the Project Board.  When they click the link, it sends them to the Atlassian Help Center landing page below.  I confirmed the access settings and both users should have access / are added as contributors for the project.

I think this typically happens when there is a permission issue. Have you shared the board filter with the users also?

Thanks!  Just solved this -- it was a licensing issue for Jira Software for these individuals, which we'll address via the person that manages our license.  Appreciate it!
