Why a single Epic is shown in Active Sprint

Why a single Epic is shown in Active Sprint

In one of my projects, Epic is shown in Active sprint. I have multiple Epics where only one Epic is shown in the active sprint. I don't have "Sprint" field in my Epic screen but still, I am unable to remove Epic from Active Sprint

Was this epic previously a story that got assigned to a sprint, and then converted to an Epic? That could account for the issue having a Sprint value even if you don't have the Sprint field visible in the Epic issues.
