Can you help me understand why the survey for “App feedback” on Cloud doesn't show after evaluator chooses to unsubscribe or disable an app within its trial period ((30 or more days with licensed Marketplace apps)? It also seems the survey doesn't show when a customer unsubscribes from a free app.
