While loading XRay Test Case getting error 'Request failed with status code 401'

While accessing Xray Test Cases and also where ever Tests links on stories while loading getting 3 errors with 'Request failed with status code 401'.

Refer attached screen shot for details. Please advise how to fix these issues or how to raise a ticket on this.

Hey Gupta,

About the time you asked this question, there was an incident in Jira Cloud that affected some add-ons. It did clear up and should be all set at this point. Could you try the Test Cases again and see if the errors are gone?

@Daniel Eads I have been having this same issue since we started using x-ray from past 2 months. It happens on and off. Can you please let know what can be done
