  1. Yes refer in new issue
  2. I refer issue defect type with test case type but some time the sytem can search but some time cannot

I am afraid repeating the phrase I have asked you to clarify does not help

Can you please tell us what you mean by "refer to another issue" and what you mean by "text box to search another issue"?
