When creating comments from incoming emails is it possible to also capture the email header info such as From:, To:, Subject, etc? This pertains only to Jira Software Cloud.

If you use Gmail, try using an app from my team - Email&Tasks: Jira Cloud for Gmail to add comments.

In addition, the app makes converting emails into Jira tasks easy.

Thank you for your response, however, we do not use Gmail. As such this would not apply in our situation.
