When creating an account with hide email (by accident), how to unhide or share the email?

I tried to acreate an account on Jira SW on the Atlassian/Jira SW webpage. 

I clicked on hide email from users by accident. How do I undo it? Or in anotherwork, how to unhide the email or share the email?

I am stucked at this point: JIRA SW generated a bogus email for me.  I don't know how to fix this SIMPLE Problem: There is no phone number to call for a simple problem.
