When I create ticket in a projects .The tickets are assigned in backlog not in board automatically

Hi, when I create a  ticket in a Jira project .The tickets are assigned to backlog and I have to manually drag and drop to get that ticket visible in board.

Hi @anee.karki 

The new tickets would go to backlog and would come up in the active sprints section columns only when you add it to an active sprint value.

If you have an extreme need to change this process, you can keep the sprint field in the create screen and add an active sprint value to it during creation itself?
