When I create a Sprint, why am I the only user that is able to see it?

When I create a Sprint, I am the only user that is able to see that Sprint on the board. All other users are unable to see any Sprints I create.

Hello @Christopher Kama

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you absolutely sure that the users are looking at the same board as you? Double check the URL.

If you are indeed all using the same URL, can you provide a screen image of what you see and what the other users see?

Good morning @Trudy Claspill

I believe the reason that all other users were unable to see the Sprints that I created was because there were no tickets within the Sprints. Once I added tickets to the Sprints, they became visible to other users.

An empty sprint will be visible only in the Board where it was created.

A sprint with issues in it will be visible in any board that shows those issues.

If the users were not looking at the same board as you, then yes, they would not see the empty sprint.
