Hi @Mikhail Baklanov  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Those codes are rarely helpful. Can you share a screenshot of what you were doing when you got the error? And describe what you were trying to do?

Hi, @John Funk

It was yesterday, but i have stored screenshot:Screenshot_3.png

I click at the moment on "Code" ("Код" on the screenshot) and it works normal. I hope it was temporary bug of the site.

Thanks,

Mike

Do you have development tools attached to your project?

Mikhail Baklanov May 17, 2021

Repository only. To say ticket commits.

Hello Mikhail!

Thanks for pulling us in to take a look @John Funk

Mikhail, I would be interested to know and test a few things to help narrow down the scope of the issue, could you please let us know and test the following:

  1. Are you using a VPN to access these products?
    1. If so, if you disable the VPN are you able to access the code section?
  2. Have you attempted with another browser or incognito session to see if there are similar results?

Looking forward to hearing back!

Regards,
Stephen Sifers

Hello again,

It's also completely possible and most likely this was an issue on our end.....

Yes, the issue should have been intermittent during this time......
