What are the implications to enable the Voting feature across all projects?

We would like to enable the Voting feature due a request to one of our projects.

Since this feature can be enable only across all the projects, we would like to understand what the implications will be, if any, if we turn on that functionality.

Mainly because the owners of the other projects want to know if they will be affected and in which way.

Maybe you had experienced the same situation so we will really appreciate your inputs and advices on this.

I'm afraid voting is a global thing - it's there for all projects, or it is not.

Thank you Nic! Yes, that is true. And that is the reason why we want to know what are the implications to enable it. We have questions from other project owners about what is going to happen with their tickets.

My answer was quite blunt, I should have asked what you were worried about.

You have told us that now, and what I should have said before, which still stands is "don't worry".  A vote on an issue really is just a vote on that issue.   It has no effect other than being a flag that someone would like you to fix that issue.  You can search and sort on votes, but they do not do anything more.

Thank you so much Nic for your response. I really appreciate.

I will communicate that to the projects owners so they know that there is no impact.
