Waiting statuses configuration

Hello!

In Quantify we see a Workload metric and configuration for it includes calculating with \ without "waiting statuses"

I haven't found configuration of waiting statuses neither in workflow nor in Kanban board

What does Quantify consider as the "waiting statuses"?
