Using CLI to pull users last login date and remove from jira-users.

Hello,
Do you have any examples of using the CLI to pull users last login date and remove them from the jira-users group?
Test case is search users who havent logged in for X amount of days and remove them from jira-users group if they match the X date/time.
Reason for this is to trim the user count for the license tier.
