Users do not see the agile boards(all of them)??

As an administrator  I see all agile boards, but user can not see agile boards (kanban and scrum) (even though I gave them all permission and filter shares for boards are approved).

When I login as user in JIRA, on the start bar I have Agile and I can see boards on which that user have permission but when I want to enter in any of boards nothing happens (blank page - refreshing all the time and nothing happens).In the past the boards could be seen (connected with the permissions that the administrator has given to that user).

I tried to open a new Kanban project without any filters, and also user can not see board.

It is the same on all my users. How can I solve it?

Could you please raise a ticket on Atlassian SAC (support.atlassian.com) under Atlassian OnDemand so we can further investigate this problem?
