Users can create tests, test plans and executions in xray but can not run the executions

We are using xray for a few weeks now - with good success.

Some days back we created custom workflows (not sure if that is related)

Now my problem is the following: Users can create/ delete tests, test plans and executions in xray but can not run the executions. The only user that can run test executions is the organization and site admin.

May be someone can help?

May be the privilege's you have given is to admin is not for all the other users. By giving privilege to other user's I think will solve this. Read light novels

The only users with the Resolve permission are allowed to execute Tests in Xray.

If the users already have this permission, please contact the Xray Support (http://xraysupport.xpand-it.com ) so that we can request additional information and help further.
