User password is not able to change after the migration from cloud to server

Renming Li January 21, 2021

1.We migrated all the data from cloud to local Server.
2.Account information is been successfully migrated to local Server.
3.When I try to change the password of any user, the option of "change password" is not present.
4.In general configuraiton , the external user management is set to off.

(We use trial license for now, but we will install the commerial license later, is it license relevant?)
