User has many failed login attempts but no button/link for "

there is supposed to be a link on the users record for:
Reset Failed Login Countlink

in the Login Details column.

however, this user is only a ServiceDesk "Customer", there are no jira lic. seats issued.

how do we reset the failed attempts in this case?

Hello,

Try to find this user in User Management. The user must be there. After you find the user, there must be a link. You can find this user by the email address

I have same issue i.e. 112 failed logins but no link to reset
