Hello.
We are using the Jira Integration in Slack.
It is helpful to use the commentary fields in Jira.
But if I receive a notification in Slack by the Jira Bot and I use the comment function to answer, I can’t find other Jira or Slack users to address them. See screenshot.
So this function does not work for me. I have to use the link to open the original Jira ticket and use the comment field there.
Do I miss something?
