I would like to update the creation date and some custom fields of many issues through CSV uploading.
I read here that "Importing a CSV to update existing issues will reset columns to their default values if they are not specified in the CSV'.
I don't understand what that exactly means. Does that rule applies to all fields? I mean, do I have to put on the csv every single field from Jira and its values in order to preserve the data? Even "core" fields like status or resolution?
