We have this error message this morning when sending emails with automation

 

UnknownHostException: mail-us.prd.msg.ss-inf.net

We want to let you know that we are receiving similar complaints from our customers and this looks like a wider impact from our end.

We have raised an internal incident at our end and our developers are currently reviewing the issue. We will get back to you as soon as we have more information from our developers on this.

We have exactly the same issue, atlasian, what is going on ? Bogomil Shopov, is this only instruction for server instance?
