Unit testing linked to User stories

I have been building automated unit tests up in a Django REST framework project that I have, and I was wondering if there was an Atlassian product to manage test case scenarios, or whether these can be linked somehow to the Jira User Stories, so that i can create a list of test cases linked to user stories, and the outcomes each time I run the tests. Is something like this possible within the scope of Atlassian products? I use Bitbucket for the repo and I also use confluence and Trello
