Hi,
For the last few days I've been unable to attach images to either new or existing tickets.
When dragging and dropping jpegs or pngs into a ticket, the system tries to upload, then displays a 'Failed to load' error (screen grab attached). If I try to upload an image by browsing and uploading the image file, Jira doesn't respond at all (closes the pop-up as if it's been actioned, but no difference on screen).
There look to be several similar issues posted in the forum but nothing from this year. Is this a known problem - with a known fix?

Does this problem persists to your colleagues as well, I would suggest you to raise a request on Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/) if you are indeed on a paid plan. Atlassian team will look into this issue and provide any feedback.
