Unable to rank an issue within sprint if that issue has a sub-task

Hello, I'm trying to rank issues that contain sub-tasks. In the screen shot below how can I prioritize the issue "Clean SQL Database" over the issue "Go daddy renewal"? I can drag and re-order any issues under "Other issues" but I can't drag and re-order an issue that contains sub-tasks... The issues with sub-tasks are not draggable . Is there way to rank/prioritize and issue and all its sub-tasks?

Answer accepted

When you've chosen to configure your board with swimlanes set to Stories, then they are no longer rankable cards.

Either rank them from the Backlog tab or use a board where the issues are represented as cards instead of as swimlanes.
