I am trying to post comments on a ticket but I am getting the same error for the last 4 hours
"THe JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down"
I've already closed Chrome, cleared the cache. Also other team members were able to post a comment on that ticket on my behalf but I am still unable to do so.

it might sound very basic but have you done any configuration changes within those mentioned for hours - probably done by another admin of your instance and not you personal?

Is this happening with a particular issue/ ticket or with all the issues? Also did you try using a different browser?
