We've installed the JIRA Github connector and as far as I am concerned it is installed, synced and configured correctly. We cannot get the interface to appear in tickets though.
I can confirm:
- The extension permissions are set to spec
- I am a site admin and have double checked project permission schemes
- The screen scheme includes the development item and it is not set to hide when empty
Not sure what else there could be blocking this but I have used it before so I know it should work but it just isn't.
