Unable to create SandBox

I'm am trying to create a sandbox environment like shown on Atlassian documentation here, however, I do not see that option under my settings. 

I have ORG & SITE ADMIN access and we are under the Premium plan.

Hi Veer,

The sandbox is available under Products in the top navigation from the organization administration screen.

The screenshot you posted is from the Site settings > Product access.

If you select the left menu item Back to products, it should take you back to a screen where the general Products menu can be found.
