Unable to attach image in comment section of a ticket

When we attach image in comment section of a ticket, it takes time to load and save button does not work. Have to try 5 to 6 times to attach image in comment section.

Hi Namrata,

How large are these image files? You said you tried 5 or 6 times to attach the image; did it fail to load the first time, and did you see any error messages?

Size of the image - 32.1 kb. When i click save, it does not get save. Error message : saving is pending
