Previously, when hovering over a client's name, we would be able to see the email along with the date and time the ticket was created. We can no longer see the client's email address. We would like to be able to see the client email address again. Please see attached screenshot and let me know if you need additional information.

There were recent changes in Atlassian Cloud applications due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR]). Among these changes, the Profile Visibility Settings have been launched in order to protect user privacy, by making them able choose which information (e.g. the email address) will be visible to other users from their profiles.
