Ubder the transition tab is a column for Time in Source

I am wanting to get out Cycle Time and would like to use the time in source for each status under the transition tab.  Does anyone else know how to do this?  or are you getting cycle time out of JIRA?

Hi Deborah,

Welcome to the community, and thanks for reaching out.

The "Time in Source" data is not available as a field so it cannot queried via JQL for a standalone report but you can use the Jira charting plugin that has an "Average Time in status" gadget to get this info on a dashboard as described here:

Also you can pull this info from the database as discussed in this previous post with an exe DB query:
