I have a ticket with time recorded before the creation date. The developer started working on 7/28, but we created the ticket on 7/29. The time was recorded with the date 7/28.
When I run the time sheet report, the record won't show up and the only way that I can understand that is that the record was created before the creation of the ticket, and that's why it doesn't show up.
Is that correct?
Why dont you edit the worklog to a time after the creation date and check if it rectifies your timesheet report, if it does then we know for certain that this is the cause for the issue in your report.
