There's a JIRA Task that stopped loading images

Patricia Lacayo April 28, 2021

After having over 192 attachments, the jira stopped loading all images and I even got a warning from google chrome at the top saying the webpage was using too much energy. Is this why it wouldn't load? How can we avoid this for future tasks in the future?

Hi,

In Jira there is a configuration of the limit size of files, storage space, etc. It is valid to check if it is according to your needs.
If this amount of files is something frequent, I could use a folder in Drive for example and in the task by the link with embed.

The Chrome warning is something of the browser itself, a problem that it has generated. It may not happen anymore. If not, using another browser may work.
