Text in issue description is not getting bold

Hi Community,

I'm noticing a weird issue. Texts in the issue description are not getting bold, and neither bullet points displaying; instead, it's showing stars; however, in the view screen, it looks fine. We are using a data center with a test and a production environment. In the test environment, it is displayed in bold; there is no issue, but I'm noticing this behavior in production.  I'm attaching the screenshot of both environments. Any idea what the issue is?

Hi @Carlos Garcia Navarro . Yes, the rich text editor is enabled. I disabled and re-enabled it didn't make any difference.

I'm dumb. I didn't notice the "Text" tab was selected instead of "Visual" from the bottom of the description field. I am trying to figure out how I missed that. Thank you!
