After re-associate a test case to a test execution, the evidence vanished from its execution.
1) Test execution finished (PASS status) with all evidence and comments from its execution
2) Edit the test execution and remove the test case
3) Edit again and associate the test case back to the same test execution
4) Test execution (TO DO status) without any evidence from its previous execution
